Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They found the problem with the account and my Black Friday Deal is working fine.

UPDATE:
Paramount called me based on my phone message and resolved the issue nicely. Kudos to Paramount for this.
We paid for the Black Friday Deal and it's not being honored.

There is NO help via site or chat. T the 888 number (call center in the Philippines) could not understand the issue or help. They promised a manager would call us and no one did., etc. Left a message on their (212) number but no one has called us.

How in the world do we talk to someone and get this resolved?
The account was opened in my wife's name
Black Friday Deal (BFD) $1.98 for 3 months on Nov 27
We were charged $1.98 on Nov 28
Dec 3 we realized it didn't include NFL & upgraded to "with Showtime"
We were charged an additional $3.96 Dec 4
The upgraded service began Dec 3.
Paramount said it was "cancelled" on Nov 27
Our account shows the "with Showtime" level, but it's cancelled. They did not give us the 3 months, even though they charged us for BOTH levels ($1.98 and $3.96).

I cannot sign into my Paramount+ prescription on my iPhone. Everything is in red. What do I do?

Your customer service phone number requires an extension number did you guys do not provide it is virtually impossible to speak with an agent. Maybe I should try the legal number I make it to speak to Customer Service # then I am only trying to sign into Paramount+ this is a new subscription I was offered to watch it on different devices, I cant sign in on my iPhone. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Unable to get live agent. Paramount stated my zip code was wrong.Eventually it worked, not really sure why.

I cannot change my credit card number.?I have tried several times and i cannot get it to work. There is no one answering the phone at customer service. The chat is not helping. I need my account to work I have a new number to use. I am definitely a pissed customer. This should not be so difficult!

App making my tv reboot

Every time I watch something from the archives, the video freezes up and a tone sounds for about 15 to 20 seconds then my tv will reboot.This does NOT happen when watching any other app on my tv. I believe that there is something wrong with the server that I am trying to access.
